Innsbrook Country Club

I’ve really enjoyed becoming a member at Innsbrook Country Club. From the beginning, one of the things that has stood out most is how well the ownership and staff take care of people. There is a genuine family atmosphere here, and you can tell that the entire team truly care about the club and the people who are part of it. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and welcoming, and the ownership is visible, approachable, and involved. That makes a big difference and gives the club a very personal feel. As a newer member, I’ve also really enjoyed the people I’ve met and played with. Everyone has been welcoming, and the groups I’ve joined have been full of genuinely nice people who make it easy to feel like you belong. The golf course itself is a lot of fun to play and is clearly cared for with a lot of pride. What I appreciate most, though, is the overall experience. Innsbrook feels less like just a place where you have a membership and more like a community. Very thankful I joined and looking forward to spending a lot more time there.

I was there to golf and for my wife's 50th class reunion. The facility was great. Prices were reasonable for the venue. Course was dry and browned out in places. Carts were not the greatest.

Went to the mother's day brunch, and food and service were both above and beyond excellent. Looking forward to attending in the future!

My sister in law had a wedding shower. The facilities are beautiful and the food was very good. The staff on the day of the event were great and helpful. However, Erin Czajka, the director of operations is the reason for the 2 stars. She was the most unprofessional person I’ve ever dealt with. She was rude and late in calling you back. She offered zero advice on room setup. Her response was “we can do whatever you want”. They offered zero pictures of the room on their website. We had no ideas what the room looked like and then she sent 3 limited pics from someone’s shower. Do not expect any customer service from here.
